Meet our Team
The You are More Project is a group of volunteers that are here to offer you a hand up- we will stand with you and support you in your own healing process through Community & Resources.
Our Board of Directors
Founder & CEO
Linzi Stoddard
Linzi Stoddard is the founder of the You are More Project. After previously experiencing sexual violence and finding the effectiveness of movement in her own journey, she realized that our communities had a void in movement-based healing practices.
Linzi recently graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with an undergraduate in biomedical neuroscience and is undertaking her Masters of Organizational leadership at Arizona State University. She has always been curious about the impact of how an environment affects the nervous system and how to help others in regulating our body systems. This aligned perfectly with the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training taken with Pure Living Yoga.
The Yoga practice was not only able to allow the opportunity for healing for Linzi but combined her passion for movement, body awareness and the regulation of the nervous system. You can often find Linzi in local studios around Saskatoon trying out new ways of movement and connecting with the community.
